Dairy Products
We export long life drinking yoghurt and milk under our own brand, Amiga. Because of sterilization and pasteurizing, Amiga dairy products have a shelf life of nine months.
Drinking yogurt flavors include: banana, granadilla, tropical and strawberry.
Due to the 9 month (at ambient / room temperatures) shelf life, clients are able to easily build stocks and transport the product without problems of quality being jeopardized, making it ideal for the informal markets in Africa, where an uninterrupted cold chain is often a challenge, if not totally unavailable.
